Henry Kono studied aikido under O-sensei in the 1960's and has been teaching his special perspective on the art for over 3 decades. He lives in Toronto Canada.

Henry Kono Sensei speaks about and demonstrates fundamental principals of aikido, including, yin and yang, the center, the stop point, uke's role, how to be a soft uke, balance, and reversals/counters.

Video is 105 minutes and available as VHS (ntsc, pal or secam) or as DVD (ntsc only). There is a $5 shipping and handling fee that covers mailing anywhere in the world.
